User group

Access to the e-book packages from transcript Verlag and Routledge is available to a group of 800 people. This group exclusively comprises people who are active in research and/or teaching with a focus on Comparative Literature Studies (no students). They need to be affiliated to one of the following or similar institutions with a focus on Comparative Literature in the Federal Republic of Germany:

  • Institutes, Chairs, Departments or similar university divisions with a focus on Comparative Literature
  • Master programmes with a focus on Comparative Literature
  • Non-university public research institutions with a focus on Comparative Literature, such as
    • Leibniz-Zentrum für Literatur- und Kulturforschung (Berlin)
    • Max-Planck-Institut für Empirische Ästhetik (Frankfurt)
    • Institute for Cultural Inquiry (Berlin)
  • Publicly funded research and graduate institutions and projects with a focus on Comparative Literature, such as
    • Research Training Groups and Graduate Schools
    • Collaborative Research Centres
    • Research Groups
  • All members of the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Allgemeine und Vergleichende Literaturwissenschaft (DGAVL) (German Association of General and Comparative Literature Studies)

Please understand that students at the university institutions and master's programmes listed here are not included in the group of users for the e-book packages.
