    Este libro es un análisis de la censura literaria que Acción Católica (AC) implementó en España, a través del Secretariado de Orientación Bibliográfica (SOB) durante la década de 1940. El texto profundiza en este sistema de juicio y control cultural para demostrar que AC impuso a sus miembros una ideología propia, redefiniendo la literatura hasta convertirla en una herramienta más de su adoctrinamiento social. Como consecuencia, queda demostrado que AC cuestionó el autoritarismo discursivo del franquismo y, a partir de la labor de crítica literaria y de los informes censores analizados, se aporta una nueva perspectiva desde la que reconsiderar la relación entre el catolicismo y la dictadura. El estudio de las desavenencias y de los conflictos ideológicos que surgieron dentro del régimen pone de manifiesto la existencia de discursos diferenciados en ambas instituciones, rompiendo así el espejismo de homogeneidad y armonía aparente. La obra se presenta como una aproximación novedosa a las estrategias de represión cultural adoptadas por la dictadura y la Iglesia en la posguerra que abre una puerta alternativa para el análisis de los mecanismos de control intelectual y social en ese periodo y, además, conecta la bibliografía existente acerca de la cambiante y compleja naturaleza del franquismo con los estudios culturales.

    Coincidiendo con el ochenta aniversario del comienzo de la Guerra Civil Española, la publicación La memoria transgeneracional se plantea observar la transmisión transgeneracional, en España, de la memoria del conflicto de 1936–1939, a través de la mirada proporcionada por la literatura de tercera generación. Su primera sección se centra alrededor de un acercamiento interdisciplinar a la «memoria» como objeto de estudio, y de la contextualización de la memoria traumatizada en España a partir del año 1939. Por medio de la observación de un corpus de novelas recién publicadas, el objetivo principal de la investigación es la formulación de pautas interpretativas que ayuden a parcelar la rápida evolución del panorama literario de la España actual en lo que se refiere a la representación del pasado conflictivo de la nación.

    This book addresses the state of research that link literature and literary criticism recent Latin American women with the current of posthumanistic thinking. To do this, put test the notion of biopoetics, a device that aims to identify and analyze the procedures by which writing literary approaches the living. The hypothesis that backbones the chapters is that the thought Latin American literary, in its productive facet and in its critical aspect, it dialogues with the horizon current reflection on the policies of the life, and that he does it through experimentation in which bodies and affections are not only organizing centers of the narratives but also lenses, ethical and political perspectives about the present.     El estudio se dedica a representaciones historiográficas, literarias y fílmicas del Descubrimiento y de la Conquista de América. A través de apropiaciones variadas de los mismos acontecimientos históricos, los respectivos representantes artísticos se vinculan intertextual o intermedialmente. Las imágenes de ficción crean una realidad, de ahí el título La Conquista imaginaria, que alude a la concepción de la nación como imagined community de Benedict Anderson (1983). Las narraciones ficcionales crean a la vez historia, puesto que influyen en el imaginario colectivo y operan como un dispositivo ideológico y memorístico. El objetivo es desenredar estas relaciones transtextuales y reconstruir las visiones singulares de la Conquista y su función.

En ocasiones, la diversidad funcional también puede venir acompañada de una estigmatización social muy marcada. El presente volumen ofrece una de las primeras aproximaciones a la representación de la diversidad funcional en el ámbito hispánico. Los trabajos que se incluyen en este libro se encargan de mostrar los posibles acercamientos teóricos y prácticos a la representación de la diversidad funcional, a través de un variado corpus integrado por obras literarias, escénicas, cinematográficas y audiovisuales, extraídas de la creación hispánica contemporánea. Functional diversity, understood as a bodily, cognitive or psychic affection, often seriously disrupts the participation of people in collective life. At times, functional diversity can also be accompanied by a strong social stigma. This volume offers one of the first approaches to the representation of functional diversity in the Hispanic sphere. The works included in this book are in charge of showing the possible theoretical and practical approaches to the representation of functional diversity, through a varied corpus composed of literary, scenic, cinematographic and audiovisual works, extracted from the contemporary Hispanic creation.

El presente libro tiene dos intereses centrales: analizar la relación entre personas con y sin diversidad funcional en los textos culturales a través de los tres términos clave inclusión, integración, diferenciación; y estudiar en los textos concretos cómo se tratan o incluso se practican la inclusión, la integración y la diferenciación. El campo de estudio se orienta hacia el corpus de los textos literarios, teatrales y audiovisuales.

    Throughout these pages a journey is made chronological by the main expressions of the cultural policy developed by the Institute Cuban Film to Latin America, from the early sixties to late 20th century. From the analysis of the Cumbite films (1964, Tomás Gutiérrez Alea), Cantata de Chile (1975, Humberto Solás), Love in the minefield (1987, Pastor Vega) and Mascaró, the American hunter (1991, Constant Rapi Diego), the highlights of this policy and the ideological projects that gave them sustenance. A set of works by Santiago Álvarez, considered the exponent most significant of documentary Cuban politics. History the relationships between ICAIC and Latin America allows us to delve into a complex reading of outer links of the Cuban Revolution, specifically what concerning the interrelationships between actors and institutions. The ultimate goal of this book is contribute to the construction of a critical account of Cuban culture after 1959, with respect to to Latin America.
