    * Pflegeunternehmen sehen die Integration von Geflüchteten als Chance, dem Personalnotstand in der Pflege partiell zu begegnen. Mangelndes Wissen in der Arbeitsvermittlung über das vielfältige Berufsfeld Pflege befördert auch die Annahme, dass das Berufsfeld für Geflüchtete nicht interessant sei. * Einrichtungen und Pflegeteams profitieren von erfolgreichen Integrationsprozessen, denn durch die Einstellung Geflüchteter erweitern sich die kulturellen Kompetenzen der Pflegeteams. * Die Arbeitsplatzintegration ist kein Selbstläufer, insbesondere kleineren Einrichtungen fehlen Ressourcen, die häufig durch freiwilliges Engagement ausgeglichen werden. Eine reine Qualifikations- und Zertifikatsorientierung greift zu kurz. * Geschlechtsspezifische Konfliktlagen konnten in der betrieblichen Praxis nicht bestätigt werden. Es zeigte sich aber die Gefahr, dass Kommunikationsprobleme in der betrieblichen Praxis zu Führungsproblemen umdefiniert werden. * Die Bildung einer einrichtungsinternen Projektgruppe, die sich intensiv mit der Thematik beschäftigt, kann vor allem bei der Einstellung mehrerer geflüchteter Personen eine große Hilfestellung darstellen. Zu niedrige Assessments sollten bei der Einstellung geflüchteter Personen vermieden werden.

Mangelndes Wissen in der Arbeitsvermittlung über das vielfältige Berufsfeld Pflege befördert auch die Annahme, dass das Berufsfeld für Geflüchtete nicht interessant sei. * Einrichtungen und Pflegeteams profitieren von erfolgreichen Integrationsprozessen, denn durch die Einstellung Geflüchteter erweitern sich die kulturellen Kompetenzen der Pflegeteams. * Die Arbeitsplatzintegration ist kein Selbstläufer, insbesondere kleineren Einrichtungen fehlen Ressourcen, die häufig durch freiwilliges Engagement ausgeglichen werden. Eine reine Qualifikations- und Zertifikatsorientierung greift zu kurz. * Geschlechtsspezifische Konfliktlagen konnten in der betrieblichen Praxis nicht bestätigt werden. Es zeigte sich aber die Gefahr, dass Kommunikationsprobleme in der betrieblichen Praxis zu Führungsproblemen umdefiniert werden. * Die Bildung einer einrichtungsinternen Projektgruppe, die sich intensiv mit der Thematik beschäftigt, kann vor allem bei der Einstellung mehrerer geflüchteter Personen eine große Hilfestellung darstellen. Zu niedrige Assessments sollten bei der Einstellung geflüchteter Personen vermieden werden.

    Dieser Band präsentiert aktuelle Forschungsergebnisse der internationalen Germanistik aus den Bereichen DaF-Didaktik, Literaturwissenschaft und Linguistik. Es haben sich Autorinnen und Autoren der verschiedenen germanistischen Institute Finnlands und des deutschsprachigen Raumes daran beteiligt, aber auch Wissenschaftlerinnen und Wissenschaftler aus Bosnien und Herzegowina, Estland, Irland, Kroatien, Litauen und der Ukraine. Die Finnische Germanistentagung, die im Juni 2017 an der Universität Turku und der Åbo Akademi Universität in Turku/Åbo stattfand, brachte diese Forscherinnen und Forscher miteinander ins Gespräch. Die Ergebnisse ihres Austauschs sind im vorliegenden Sammelband festgehalten. Einen Schwerpunkt bildet aufgrund des 500-jährigen Jubiläums der Reformation 2017 das Werk Martin Luthers.
