    Les œuvres d'écrivains multilingues témoignent d'une conscience particulière de la langue étrangère qui, dans le contexte colonial, devient la langue de l'autre. Face au réalème de la colonisation, la décolonisation et du post-colonial, ces écrivains répondent par un travail d'écriture qui pose comme préalable à l'appréhension de l'autre sa langue et, découlant de la langue, sa culture. Partant d'un questionnement du fait colonial par l'intégration de la langue étrangère au sein de la narration, certaines œuvres problématisent plus explicitement la relation coloniale tout en dialoguant avec les théories littéraires et philosophiques de leur époque. Au début du modernisme, Joseph Conrad, dans sa fiction malaise ainsi que dans ses romans, fait apparaître l'autre colonial dans un miroir sémantique qui passe par la langue étrangère comme révélatrice d'altérité. Plus tard, Anthony Burgess, dans ses premiers romans, interroge les rôles historiquement assignés au colonisateur et à son autre colonisé pour inverser les problématiques du maître et de l'esclave. Défini par la critique comme écrivain post-colonial, Salman Rushdie, aussi bien dans ses romans que dans ses essais, remet en question la notion d'une écriture de l'autre s'opposant à une écriture nationale. Réfutant les binarismes de la colonisation, ces écrivains créent un espace littéraire qui questionne et dépasse le fait colonial pour se positionner en tant que véritable réponse à la notion de maître dans une société qui se dirige vers la globalisation économique et culturelle The works of multilingual writers show a particular consciousness of foreign language, which in the colonial context becomes the language of the other. Faced with the "realeme" of colonisation, decolonisation and the post-colonial, these writers respond with written works that presuppose the other's language and, from there, culture, to any apprehension of the other. Beginning with a questioning of the colonial space through the integration of foreign languages within the narration, some works question more explicitly the colonial relationship while, at the same time, dialoguing with contemporary literary theory and philosophy. At the beginning of modernism, Joseph Conrad, in his Malay fiction as in his novels, brings the colonial other to light in a semantic mirror, which uses foreign language as a means to reveal alterity. Later, Anthony Burgess, in his early novels, questions the historically assigned roles of the coloniser and his colonised other to invert the master/slave problematic. Critically assigned to the role of post-colonial writer, Salman Rushdie, both in his novels and in his essays, questions the notion of other as opposed to national literature. Refusing the binary categorisations of colonisation, these writers create a literary space which questions and goes beyond the colonial world and its accompanying divisions to be positioned as a real response to the notion of master in a world moving towards economic and cultural globalisation

    Depuis les premiers essais d'écrire l'Œuvre, dont sont issus Les Cahiers d'André Walter, André Gide a été un diariste fervent. Son journal a été fondamentalement conditionné pas la figure de l'Autre, à la fois absent et omniprésent, son épouse Madeleine, « Em. », qui a fait sien l'espace de Cuverville. Contraint de définir sa propre sincérité, il a inauguré une écriture sur l'homosexualité. Cette écriture met en scène une transformation graduelle de la troisième personne en première personne. Gide va oser dire « je », à rencontre de Proust et de Wilde. La figure de l'artiste, et non pas poète, qui va l'aider à ciseler l'idéal esthétique à la fois romantique et classique, est Chopin. Le piano va poser la question du corps de l'Amateur, et va amener Gide à inaugurer sa compréhension personnelle de la musique de Chopin, que les interprètes du XXe siècle vont confirmer. En racontant son désir d'œuvre, l'amour, l'homosexualité et la musique, Gide va tracer dans son journal à la fois ses gestes d'amour et son amour des gestes. His journals were fundamentally influenced by the figure of the Other, both absent and omnipresent, his wife Madeleine, « Em. », who appropriated the space of Cuverville. Compelled to define his own sincerity, he inaugurated his discourse on homosexuality. This discourse features a gradual transformation of the third person into the first person. Gide will dare to say « I », against the advices of Proust and Wilde. Chopin is the artist, and not the poet, who will help him carve his own esthetic ideal, both romantic and classic. The piano will raise the question of the body of the Amateur, and will lead him to endorse his personal interpretation of Chopin's music, which will be confirmed by the interpretations in the 20th century. By telling his own désir d'œuvre, love, homosexuality and music in his journals, Gide will shape both his gestes d’amour and his amour des gestes. Ce corpus a été comparé à d'autres corpus de traductions médiévales, afin d'expliquer en quoi consistent ses spécificités The thesis is a study of french translations dating back to the XIIth century. the first chapter deals with the basic principles of the research, outlining the chronological and linguistic limits of the corpus. the second chapter is dedicatd to the definition of a criterium which allows an inner description of the corpus such as it appears to a stranger's eye.     Centré sur l'observation du fonctionnement des commissions diocésaines d'art sacré , ce travail interroge les conséquences esthétiques de l'entreprise de restauration liturgique entérinée par le concile Vatican II. En particulier, l'examen des ressources littéraires, produites ou utilisées par ces commissions, vise à mettre en évidence la façon dant lers théoriciens et les praticiens de la liturgie déduisent, à partir de la théologie, des architectures sensibles ajustées à leurs pratiques. Par ce biais, il s'agit d'explorer la façon dont l'institution ecclésiale catholique contemporaine administre l'esthétisation des lieux de son culte en y disposant les ressources objectives régissant un accèssensible au dieu chrétien, paradoxalement réputé imperceptible. Sous cette perspective, les activités humaines administrant la composition de ces environnements cultuels peuvent être saisies comme relevant d'une architecture théologique instruisant la production des solutions esthétisées d'accès et de contact au divin. L'observation montre ainsi comment cette acception du christianisme problèmatise l'inscription spatialisée de cette entité de déité dans l'enceinte du sanctuaire. Les opérations relevant de l'application de cette économie stabilisatrice tendent dès lors à définir une dynamique d'homologation de la forme "art sacré" By observing the diocesan commission on sacred art, this work examines the esthetic results of liturgical project of restoration ratified by the second Vatican concil. In particular, the examination of the literary resources, producted or employed by these commissions, allows to emphasize how the theorists and the experts of the liturgy compose, from theology, sensitive arhitectures adjusted to their practices. By means of those documents, this work propose to explore how contemporary catholic church manages the esthetisation of its worship by laying the objective ressources allowing sensitive access to the Christian god, paradoxically considered unperceivable. In this manner, the human activities managing the composition of these worship environments can be discribed like a theological architecture which informs production of the solutions of access and contact to the divine one. This, the observation argues how this church reformulates the spatialized inscription of the christian god in the enclosure of the sanctuary. Consequently, the opeartions concerned with the application of this stabilizing economy tend to define a dynamics of homologation of the form "sacred art"
