    Com base nos valores ou virtudes burgueses descritos e comentados por Otto Friedrich Bollnow (1958), tais como ordem, economia regrada, pontualidade e aplicação ou dedicação ao trabalho, fundamentais para a consolidação teórica e prática do estado de bem-estar meritocrático, investiga-se, em textos ficcionais de Rubens Figueiredo, a aplicação deste discurso político no Brasil, levando em consideração o conceito de “ideias fora do lugar”, enunciado por Roberto Schwarz, em 1977. Os romances "Barco a seco" (2001) e "Passageiro do fim do dia" (2010) são interpretados como uma indagação sobre a desigualdade social e econômica brasileira e vêm demonstrar que os nascidos no meio subalterno ou mais baixo da escala social – a “ralé brasileira”, segundo o sociólogo Souza, em 2009 – não têm voz nem chance de ascensão social, tanto do ponto de vista da apropriação de capital cultural, como do ponto de vista econômico. ; The objective of this paper is to investigate the political discourse found in the fictional texts written by Rubens Figueiredo, taking into account Roberto Schwarzes concept of “out-of-place ideas” introduced in 1977. Such analysis is based on the values or civic virtues Otto Friedrich Bollnow (1958) described and commented upon, such as order, thriftiness, punctuality and industriousness or dedication to work, which are fundamental for a theoretical and practical consolidation of the meritocratic well-fare state. The novels "Barco a seco" (2001) and "Passageiro do fim do dia" (2010) are interpreted as inquiries into Brazilian social and economic injustices. Both novels show that those born on the lowest rung of the social ladder – the “Brazilian riff-raff” (ralé brasileira), according to the sociologist Souza in 2009 – do not have a voice and have no chances of climbing the social ladder, neither from the standpoint of acquiring cultural capital nor from an economic viewpoint.

    O advento do neoliberalismo econômico a partir da década de 1980, com as intervenções de Margaret Thatcher, Ronald Reagan e do chamado Consenso de Washington, enterrou o denominado Estado de bem-estar social, construído a muito custo desde a II Guerra Mundial nos países democráticos ocidentais. As regras da “gouvernementalité”, que outorgavam ao Estado o controle e a ordem social, bem como a responsabilidade de facilitar uma vida econômica plena a cada indivíduo, entraram em crise e o cidadão, agora simples “homo oeconomicus”, passou a ser um “entrepreneur de lui-même”, empresário de si próprio, nas palavras de Foucault. Desse ponto de vista, o trabalho deixou de ser um espaço de autorrealização e de significação do mundo, como propusera, no século XIX, Marx, que foi, ao mesmo tempo, o principal acusador do caráter alienante que o trabalho poderia assumir sob a égide do capitalismo. Devido a isso, a cultura do trabalho transformou-se, com o tempo, numa cultura de revolta contra a globalização, a imigração e os Direitos Humanos: a antessala do populismo que paira hoje por toda a geografia ocidental. Pouco antes da grande recessão mundial (2008–2016), o Brasil teve um inegável desenvolvimento econômico-social que o fazia alinharse com os modelos de Estado de bem-estar, embora com as mazelas históricas próprias (altíssima desigualdade social de partida, racismo sonegado, etc.). A irrupção de propostas políticas neoliberais num país com ainda escassas estruturas sociais financiadas pelo Estado (educação, saúde, comunicações, etc.) e com uma elite político-econômica dominada por uma ideologia do imediatismo – o Brasil ainda como espaço colonial de passagem –, trouxe uma gravíssima crise política, social e econômica. Nesse quadro, o que passaria a unir os cidadãos e cidadãs do país seria a desigualdade, mais acerbada ainda do que noutros países com regimes políticos equiparáveis. A crise atual é também uma crise cultural. O recente episódio do incêndio do Museu Nacional serve de exemplo dessa situação, pois não seria um caso fortuito, mas um projeto consciente de descaso com a educação e o patrimônio cultural, histórico e científico por parte do próprio Estado. A literatura, como instituição, também tem um patrimônio físico a ser conservado – manuscritos, textos autógrafos, primeiras edições, etc. –; no entanto, depende menos da unicidade do objeto para a sua divulgação e recepção. É nesse sentido que a literatura, mesmo num país de letramento precário, pode ser um excelente espelho para, no âmbito da ficção, descrever, criticar e até sonhar as relações que os indivíduos estabelecem com o trabalho. O presentismo do ato de ler traz o passado e o longínquo para a imediata atualidade da pessoa que lê. Resta ao indivíduo estabelecer um diálogo crítico com o texto para ganhar autonomia cultural como pessoa.

    Geburtsberichte und Briefe an die Geburtshilfe werden analysiert, in denen brasilianische Frauen ihre Erfahrungen mit Schwangerschaft, Geburt und Geburtshilfe diskutieren und oft die Gewalt, die ihnen während dieser Ereignisse widerfahren ist, beklagen. Mit der Verfassung dieser Texte formieren sich die Frauen zu Subjekten des Widerstands gegen diese Gewalt sowie des Kampfes für ihre sexuellen und reproduktiven Rechte. Die Studie wurde im Rahmen der Kritischen Diskursanalyse (KDA) (M. Jäger, 1996; Chouliaraki & Fairclough, 1999; Fairclough, 2003; Resende, 2009; Ramalho & Resende, 2011; S. Jäger, 2012) durchgeführt und setzt den Schwerpunkt auf die Untersuchung der Darstellung, Identifizierung und Handlung von Frauen in dem diskursiven Strang, der das Thema Schwangerschaft und Geburt (und damit Geburtshilfe) betrifft. ; In this qualitative research project, I analyzed written birth stories and letters to the obstetrician in which women discuss their experiences of pregnancy, childbirth and obstetric care, often denouncing the violence suffered during these events, meanwhile constituting themselves also as subjects of resistance in the struggle for their sexual and reproductive rights. These stories and letters often mention obstetric violence. This interdisciplinary study was mainly carried out under the Critical Discourse Analysis (CDA) approach (M. Jäger, 1996; Chouliaraki & Fairclough, 1999; Fairclough, 2003; Resende, 2009; Ramalho & Resende, 2011; S. Jäger, 2012), investigating the representation, identification and action of women in the discursive strand related to pregnancy and childbirth and therefore to obstetric care.

    Em sua tríplice função de poeta, teórico e tradutor, Haroldo de Campos contribuiu com sua obra para uma abertura tanto do mundo literário ao Brasil quanto do Brasil literário ao mundo. Seguindo seus roteiros multifacetados, o objetivo da presente coletânea é discutir sua obra a partir de uma perspectiva interdisciplinar e internacional, enfatizando ainda as interações da poesia concreta – movimento iniciado simultaneamente no Brasil e nos países germanófonos na década de 1950 – com outras formas de arte. A aproximação aos diálogos transcriativos e transartísticos de Haroldo de Campos se realiza a partir de quatro roteiros temáticos: (1) roteiros transpoéticos, (2) roteiros de palavras e linguagens, (3) roteiros de viagens e memória e (4) roteiros transartísticos.

    This article conceives the avant-garde as a form of art that emerges out of the experience with technical progress, city life and new patterns of perception and that succeeded in transforming multiple perspective and simultaneity of urban life into a central principle for their production. Analyzed are the European avant-gardes as well as their influences on Brazilian literature and painting in the 20s. Furthermore we take a look at concrete poetry of the 50's as a literary pendant to architectonic concepts of cities like São Paulo and Brasília. ; Dieser Artikel beschäftigt sich mit der Avantgarde als Kunstform, die sich aus der Auseinandersetzung mit technischem Fortschritt, Stadterfahrung und neuen Wahrnehmungsmustern formiert und die Multiperspektivität und Simultanität des urbanen Lebens als ein zentrales Prinzip für ihre Werke nutzt. Untersucht werden sowohl die europäischen Avantgardisten wie auch ihr Einfluss auf Literatur und Malerei Brasiliens in den 20er Jahren. Ein weiterer Teil widmet sich der konkreten Poesie als literarisches Pendant zu architektonischen Konzepten von Städten wie São Paulo und Brasília.

    The opposition city-country which appears already in Vergils Georgics and becomes very relevant in the British and French poetry of the 18th and 19th centuries, will be treated at first with regard to the German tradition of 'city-poetry'. Since about 1900 the phenomenon of the big city (metropolis) combines with demoniac and sublime motives, while French, English or American authors (Baudelaire, Wordsworth, Whitman) saw the city from a less ideological perspective. Only in the postwar-decade – after some anticipations by authors of Expressionism like Ernst Stadler or Gottfried Benn – the pluralistic, hybrid character of the city will be discovered also in German poetology. Some examples of Modern North American and Brazilian poetry will be analyzed in the last chapter of the article. ; Ausgehend vom Stadt-Land-Gegensatz, der schon in Vergils Georgica beobachtbar ist und dann in der englischen und französischen Lyrik des 18. und 19. Jahrhunderts eine wichtige Rolle spielt, richtet sich der Blick zunächst auf die deutsche Tradition der 'Großstadtlyrik' . Hier läßt sich seit etwa 1900 von einem zunächst teils dämonisierenden, teils von Motiven des Erhabenen geprägten Umgang mit dem Phänomen Metropole sprechen, während französische, englische oder amerikanische Autoren (Wordsworth, Whitman, Baudelaire) bereits einen weniger ideologischen Umgang mit der neuen Urbanität pflegen. Erst in der Nachkriegszeit, vorbereitet durch expressionistische Autoren wie Ernst Stadler oder später Benn, wird auch in der deutschsprachigen Poetologie der plurale, hybride Charakter der Großstadt entdeckt. Den Abschluß bilden Beispiele aus der nordamerikanischen und der brasilianischen Lyrik.

    The relevance of the work and the influence of Franz Rosenzweig, a German Jewish philosopher of the beginning of the last century; are still to get the appreciation they deserve. Rosenzweig was the author of one of the greatest – and less read – books of the 20th century, "The Star of Redemption", where he develops his philosophical system mainly on basis of theological categories. To the "monologue of the I" of mainstream philosophy, Rosenzweig opposes a "new thinking", of existential character, which values orality and the "other", and where language substitutes reason as a tool for thought. In it one can find some correspondences with the thought of Walter Benjamin. This "new thinking", also, strongly influenced Emmanuel Levinas and nowadays bears its fruits within "linguistic turn" philosophy and theology, and post-modern Jewish thought. This philosophy found in Rosenzweig's work in translation one of its main practical applications. To translate was for Rosenzweig a necessity, emanating from an ethics constituted as "first philosophy". This article examines some aspects of Rosenzweig's writings from where his "philosophy of translation" is made explicit. ; Die Bedeutung und der Einfluss des Werkes von Franz Rosenzweig, jüdisch-deutscher Philosoph vom Beginn des vergangenen Jahrhunderts, werden noch immer nicht angemessen gewürdigt. Rosenzweig entwickelt in seinem Hauptwerk, der "Stern der Erlösung", ausgehend von eminent theologischen Kategorien, sein philosophisches System. Dem "Monolog des Ich" der traditionellen Philosophie setzt Rosenzweig ein "Neues Denken" von existenzialistischem Gepräge entgegen, das die Mündlichkeit und den Dialog mit dem "Anderen" aufwertet und den Verstand als Werkzeug der Reflexion ersetzt. Dieses Denken weist Korrespondenzen zur Philosophie W. Benjamins auf. Das "Neue Denken" übte einen starken Einfluss auf E. Levinas aus, sowie auf zahlreiche interessante philosophische und theologische Ansätze nach dem "Iinguistic turn" und auf die postmoderne jüdische Geistigkeit. ...

    O presente artigo tem como objetivo analisar a construção de imagens discursivas de aprendizes em sumários e em atividades contidas em livros didáticos de Alemão como Língua Estrangeira (ALE), e de que modo essas construções antecipam que tipo de inserção esse aprendiz teria de/poderia ocupar nessa comunidade de produção/circulação de textos na língua alvo. Nesse sentido, o quadro teórico se constrói a partir da articulação entre a perspectiva polifônica da linguagem (BAKHTIN 2011), a noção de práticas discursivas (FOUCAULT 2004; MAINGUENEAU 2008) e o disciplinamento de saberes (FOUCAULT 2002), considerando a relevância de tal articulação para uma crítica à Linguística Aplicada a partir de Rocha e Daher (2015). Por meio das análises de livros didáticos de ALE, observamos a construção de imagens de aprendiz que parece retirá-lo das situações de interação, considerando-o mero espectador, que se ocupará de repetir sentenças e estruturas determinadas por uma simulação artificial de situações comunicativas, mais do que permitir a ele espaços de interação e de inserção nessas situações. Além disso, os materiais comunicam uma imagem de aprendiz-consumidor-turista, interessado em aprender a língua para fazer viagens, realidade essa distante da brasileira. ; The aim of this article is to analyse the construction of learners' discoursive images by mapping the summaries presented in textbooks of German as a Foreign Language (ALE). Therefore, we aim to investigate how these constructions anticipate the kind of insertion that this learner would have / could occupy in this community of production / circulation of texts in the target language. Seen in these terms, the theoretical framework is constructed from the articulation between the polyphonic perspective of language (BAKHTIN, 2011), the notion of discursive practices (FOUCAULT, 2004, MAINGUENEAU, 2008), the disciplining of knowledge (FOUCAULT, 2002) and the relevance of such articulation for a critique of Applied Linguistics from Rocha and Daher (2015).     Feridun Zaimoglu é um dos principais autores de língua alemã que introduzem a história e as experiências dos imigrantes e seus antepassados em seus textos literários. O romance Leyla, publicado em 2006, é um exemplo paradigmático disso, pois seu universo ficcional apresenta uma configuração temporal que antecede a chegada da protagonista turca à Alemanha. O presente artigo tem por objetivo discutir o romance em dois aspectos: a gênese da voz em espaços com desequilíbrio de poder e por outro lado a gênese da imagem do outro no universo pessoal dos personagens ; Feridun Zaimoglu is one of the most important writers in German language to introduce the history and the experiences of immigrants and their forefathers in their literary texts. The novel Leyla, published in 2006, is a paradigmatic example, since its fictional universe presents a temporal configuration that precedes the arrival of the Turkish immigrant in Germany. This article aims to discuss the novel in two aspects: the genesis of a voice in spaces with power imbalance and, on the other side, the genesis of an image of the other in the characters' personal universe.
