    Obaektom nastojaščego issledovanija javljajutsja idiomy - obraznye edinicy jazyka, kotorye po svoemu soderžaniju gorazdo bogače slova: "idiomy vnutrenne složny, no vmeste s tem nesut obaemnuju informaciju; oni vnešne anomal'ny, no za sčet etogo obretajut raznoaspektnuju informacionnuju,pamjat'' (Telija 1996, 152), čto pozvoljaet govorit' ob etich edinicach jazyka kak o svoego roda mikrotekstach (...). Predmet issledovanija - obraznoe osnovanie idiom ili obraz, ležaščij v osnove motivacii vnutrennej formy idiomy. Nastojaščaja rabota javljaetsja prodolženiem temy issledovanij, svjazannych s kognitivnym analizom značenij frazeologizmov s učetom dannych, polučennych v psichosemantike, psicholingvistike i lingvistike.
