Die Dissertation beschäftigt sich mit dem Konzept der Diversität und seiner theoretischen Relevanz für eine Pädagogik der Nicht_Behinderung. Dabei sind ergänzend zu machtkritischen Diversitätskonzepten v.a. differenztheoretische Bezüge bedeutsam, die von der Autorin systematisiert und in der kulturwissenschaftlich-poststrukturalistischen Vertiefung weiterentwickelt werden. Im Fokus steht dabei die Kontextualisierung der Aspekte Wissen, Subjektivierung, Macht und Repräsentation mit der Differenzkategorie Behinderung. Damit und über die Relevanz der Selbst(re)präsentation Behinderter wird das Konzept einer diversitätsbewussten Pädagogik der Nicht_Behinderung mit drei theoretischen Zugängen skizziert: Perspektiven und Episteme Behinderter, Macht- und Differenzanalyse, dekonstruktives Denken. Die (Sonder-)Pädagogik kann sich mit diesem artikulatorischen und transformativen Theoriefundament stetig weiter ausdifferenzieren und stellt so eine Pädagogik in Bewegung dar. The thesis deals with the concept of diversity and its theoretical relevance in the educational field of non_disability. In addition to power-critical concepts of diversity, differences-theoretical references are of particular importance. These are systemized by the author and further developed within the boundaries of cultural studies whilst advocating a poststructuralist approach. The focus is on the contextualization of knowledge, subjectification, power and representation with regards to the category disability. With this along with the relevance of the self(re)presentation amongst disabled people, the concept of diversity-conscious pedagogical theory regarding non_disability is outlined by three theoretical approaches: perspectives and epistemes of disabled people, the analysis of power and difference, deconstructive thinking. With this articulatory and transformative theoretical foundation, the field of (special) education can continue to further evolve and differentiate itself.
