    Zur Frage, welche Bedeutung der Rechtsprechung der Rota Romana bei der Interpretation von Gesetzen zukommt auch im Hinblick auf den Päpslichen Rat für die (Interpretation von) Gesetzestexte(n). Durch die Einheit der Rechtsprechung, zu der die Rota vom Papst Amt und Auftrag erhalten hat, wird die Vielgestaltigkeit der Rechtsprechung in der Kirche nicht aufgelöst. Die Einheit der Kirche verwirklicht sich weltweit durch ihre Vielfalt.
