    Der Kindersachbuchmarkt wird um eine Dimension reicher: Mit der Augmented Reality (vgl. aus gleicher Reihe "iSpace", ID-A 12/14, oder - noch per Webcam am PC - "Disney Cars"). Mithilfe einer kostenlosen App lassen sich auf Tablet oder Smartphone die Dinosaurier aus diesem Buch zum Leben erwecken. Insgesamt 4 Dinoarten kann man aus einer Kiste befreien bzw. aus dem Ei schlüpfen lassen und laut brüllend durchs Kinderzimmer steuern. Das Buch lebt natürlich insbesondere von dieser App, ist aber auch ohne ein mobiles Endgerät schon ein netter Nervenkitzel. Schriftarten und Illustrationen bieten Action, der kurze Text ist dabei aber noch sachlich und nicht zu reisserisch. Die App ist auch unabhängig vom Buchkauf kostenlos und kann beliebig oft auf unterschiedliche Endgeräte heruntergeladen werden, eine komplette Nutzung ist dann aber nur in Verbindung mit dem Buch möglich. Die sogenannte erweiterte Realität ist ein nettes Gimmick, auch für Bibliotheken. Vorliegender Titel sollte also neben herkömmlichen Titeln wie "Dinosaurier XXL" viele Bibliotheken bereichern.
