Die Liste der Dichter wird in Urdu, jedoch in lateinischer Schrift angegeben, die Poesie hingegen, in Shahmukhi und Gurmukhi. Die Punjabi Poesie ist auch als Audiodatei verfügbar. Um diese hören zu können, benötigt man den Real Player. Neben Gedichten werden auch drei Kurzgeschichten in Shahmukhi angeboten. - [Engl.:] This page consists of Punjabi Poetry (Shahmukhi and Gurmukhi)of great classical Sufi poets like, Bulleh Shah, Shah Hussain, Baba Farid Shakar Ganj, Waris Shah, Sultan Bahu, Mian Mohammad Bakhash and others. The list of poets is given in English but the poetry is available in Shahmukhi and Gurmukhi. It is also presneted in audio format. Ein Abschnitt widmet sich der Lyrik von Kishwar Naheed, eine der bekanntesten weiblichen Urdu-Autorinnen. Sie wurde 1940 im heutigen Bundesstaat Uttar Pradesh (Indien) geboren und nach der Teilung Indiens 1947 nach Lahore im heutigen Pakistan. Verfügbar ist ein Gedicht mit dem allgemeinen Titel Ghazal. Dieses ist in einer Urdu-Version und zwei englischen Versionen online zugänglich. - [Engl.:] The Poetry Translation Centre was established by the poet Sarah Maguire in 2004 to translate contemporary poetry from Africa, Asia and Latin America to a high literary standard. One section deals with the poetry of Kishwar Naheed. She is one of the best known feminist poets of Pakistan. Born in Bulandshahr, Uttar Pradesh, India in 1940, her family moved to Lahore in Pakistan during the 1947 Partition of the sub-continent. Available in Urdu and Englisch versions are her poem "Ghazal"
