    Kinder brauchen Sprache. Sie kommunizieren heute ganz selbstverständlich über eine Vielfalt von Medien und früh auch schon über ihre Muttersprache hinaus miteinander. Sie nehmen das Fremde dabei als ganz natürlich an. In ihrem nahen Umfeld erleben junge Lernende, wie sich ihnen neue Kulturen und fremde Sprachen auftun und spannende Inhalte eröffnen. Teilweise ist das Fremde schon Heimat geworden, wie für viele Kinder, die aus fremden Ländern zu uns gekommen sind und hier Deutsch als neue Sprache lernen. Für Kinder im In- und Ausland, die entweder Deutsch als Fremdsprache oder Deutsch als Zweitsprache lernen, sind hier Unterrichtskonzepte für einen erfolgreichen Unterricht. Damit die Kinder Spaß am Lernen haben, muss der Unterricht ihnen gerecht werden, er muss an ihre Interessen und Fähigkeiten anknüpfen und methodisch so gestaltet werden, dass Lernen funktionieren kann. Hierzu haben wir mit Beiträgen aus der Zeitschrift „Frühes Deutsch“ des Goethe-Instituts einen reichen Fundus an weltweit erprobten Ideen zusammengestellt

    Kinder brauchen Sprache. Sie kommunizieren heute ganz selbstverständlich über eine Vielfalt von Medien und früh auch schon über ihre Muttersprache hinaus miteinander. Sie nehmen das Fremde dabei als ganz natürlich an. In ihrem nahen Umfeld erleben junge Lernende, wie sich ihnen neue Kulturen und fremde Sprachen auftun und spannende Inhalte eröffnen. Teilweise ist das Fremde schon Heimat geworden, wie für viele Kinder, die aus fremden Ländern zu uns gekommen sind und hier Deutsch als neue Sprache lernen. Für Kinder im In- und Ausland, die entweder Deutsch als Fremdsprache oder Deutsch als Zweitsprache lernen, sind hier Unterrichtskonzepte für einen erfolgreichen Unterricht. Damit die Kinder Spaß am Lernen haben, muss der Unterricht ihnen gerecht werden, er muss an ihre Interessen und Fähigkeiten anknüpfen und methodisch so gestaltet werden, dass Lernen funktionieren kann. Hierzu haben wir mit Beiträgen aus der Zeitschrift „Frühes Deutsch“ des Goethe-Instituts einen reichen Fundus an weltweit erprobten Ideen zusammengestellt
