The editors of this website list tables of contents, announcements, and other information from various American studies journals on this website. Currently (May 2008) the site contains tables of contents of 38 journals of American Studies but according to the website, additional journals are to be included in the following years. Organized by the International Initiative of the American Studies Association and funded by the Andrew W. Mellon Foundation, this site is the outcome of a collaboration between 31 journal editors in 17 countries.
