    Biographical note: Dagmar Venohr (Dr. phil.) ist Kulturwissenschaftlerin und Geschäftsführerin eines Textilgeschäfts. Sie leitet die Sektion »Mode« der Deutschen Gesellschaft für Semiotik und ist aktives Mitglied des »netzwerks mode textil e.V«. Wie wird Kleidung zu Mode? Wer macht Mode? Wie erscheint Mode zwischen Bild und Text? Die Untersuchung der Ikonotextualität von Modezeitschriften zeigt auf, dass das transmediale Phänomen Mode nicht nur durch intentionale Strategien auf Produktionsseite konstituiert, sondern ebenso von produktiven Taktiken der Rezeption gebildet wird. Anhand eines eigenen Analysemodells geht Dagmar Venohr den Funktionen dieser beiden Seiten innerhalb der intermedialen Bild-Text-Relation von Modestrecken nach und legt eine Studie vor, die sowohl für die Modewissenschaft als auch für die transdisziplinäre Bildwissenschaft und Rezeptionsforschung interessant ist.
