    ger: Folgendes beschreibt den Inhalt meiner zweiten Bachelorarbeit mit dem Titel „Ausführungsmängel bei Ziegelmauerwerk“: Das Bauwesen leistet einen wichtigen Beitrag für die österreichische Wirtschaft – hier spielt auch der Wohnbau eine große Rolle. Viele Projekte im Bauwesen weisen verschiedene Mängel auf, wobei zu den am häufigsten betroffenen Bereichen der Rohbau zählt. Der in diesem Bereich – und generell – nach wie vor am meisten verwendete Baustoff, ist der Ziegel. Im Folgenden wird auf den Baustoff Ziegel sowie auf das Ziegelmauerwerk näher eingegangen und einige Voraussetzungen für die Herstellung eines mangelfreien Mauerwerks näher beschrieben. Anschließend werden verschiedene Ausführungsmängel sowie deren Ursachen und Auswirkungen erläutert. Anhand dieser werden auch Möglichkeiten zur erneuten Instandsetzung von Mängeln aufgezeigt. Besonderer Fokus liegt darauf, welche Vorgehensweisen jeweils einen Schaden im Vorfeld verhindern und welche Maßnahmen hierfür gesetzt werden müssen. eng: The following describes the contents of my second thesis entitled "Execution flaws in brickwork": The construction industry conduces an important contribution to the Austrian economy and residential building plays a major role in this. Many projects in the construction industry show various deficiencies and one of the most commonly affected areas is the carcass. The building material that is still used most in this field (and generally), is the brick. In the paper below, the building material brick and the brick masonry are described and some prerequisites for the production of a faultless masonry are pointed out. Following, several execution deficiencies as well as their causes and consequences are explained. Based on those, the possibilities for restoration are demonstrated. A special emphasis lies on the strategies and measures that would be necessary in order to prevent damages and deficiencies from occurring.
