Die 9. Auflage des Lehrbuchs „Europäisches Wirtschaftsrecht“ befindet sich auf dem Stand vom 1.7.2023. Die Neuauflage berücksichtigt die rechtliche Bewältigung der Marktstörungen aufgrund des russischen Angriffskrieges in der Ukraine, die Bekämpfung der Preisinflation sowie die digitale Transformation im Kartell-, Wettbewerbs- und Verbraucherschutzrecht. Zudem werden die jüngeren regulatorischen Initiativen für eine nachhaltigere und gemeinwohlorientierte Wirtschaft skizziert. Dem Recht der Datenwirtschaft und der Datensicherheit sind eigene Kapitel gewidmet.
