"Many of John Møller's photos are in a critical condition due to age and Inuuteq Storch had to embark on a comprehensive editorial process to save a significant part of Greenlandic history. In his image processing, Inuuteq Storch has worked with respect for the original photograph and left minor imperfections but has adjusted for damage resulting from exposure to sun and humidity and major damage such as the photo being torn. Apart from the photos shown in 'Mirrored', there is a stock of some 900 photos to which Inuuteq Storch has been assiged the rights" -- page [312] "For the photo book John Møller – Mirrored, Portraits of Good Hope Inuuteq Storch has selected, edited, and digitalised 178 historic photographs captured by Greenland’s first professional photographer John "Ujuut" Møller. Through the captivating and peculiar photographs the publication offers an important historical insight and stands as significant visual communication of colonial times in Greenland. The photographs are captured in a period spanning from 1889-1935, nearly 100 years before Inuuteq Storch was born, and portray the many newly arrived Danes from a Greenlandic perspective. The book sets off with a preface by geologist Minik Rosing and John Møller is introduced by researcher at the National Museum of Greenland Kirstine Møller." --- Publisher's website
