    Geburtenzahlen und Migration als Untergangsmythos: Der »große Austausch« hat sich in den vergangenen Jahren zur wohl wichtigsten sinnstiftenden Erzählung der sogenannten Neuen Rechten entwickelt. Nadja Kutscher macht anhand einer Analyse einschlägiger Texte deutlich, wie auf vermeintlicher Faktenbasis mit rassistisch-sexistischen Markern ein Volksaustausch konstruiert wird. Der rassifizierte Feind erscheint hier als Gefahr für das deutsche Volk und die deutsche Frau. Es wird deutlich: Ziel dieses Narrativs ist nicht die Rettung eines - selbst in den Augen der Neurechten rein illusionären - deutschen Volkes, sondern die Zementierung von Grenzen und Verachtung.

Dieser setzt auch auf die Dämonisierung der imaginierten Anderen, die nicht zuletzt der Bewahrung von materiellen und symbolischen Privilegien dient. Weil die Anderen dämonisch und ungezügelt sind, so die vielleicht kürzeste Analyseformel, sind wir befugt, uns vor ihnen und unsere Vorrechte zu schützen.Die Beiträge des Bandes klären diese Verhältnisse rassismuskritisch auf und widersprechen ihnen The recent media, political and everyday treatment of forced migration has made overt racism "socially acceptable" again.     In diesem Open-Access-Buch setzt sich Malte Kleinschmidt mit der Frage auseinander, wie politische Bildung zu einer Dekolonisierung beitragen kann. Nicht erst durch die Auseinandersetzungen um Black Lives Matter wird deutlich, dass Rassismus und Kolonialität nicht als Phänomene der Vergangenheit abgetan werden können. Anhand von der Analyse von 44 Interviews mit Schüler_innen von 9. Klassen an Hauptschulen und Gymnasien wird herausgearbeitet, wie diese Phänomene die Lebenswelt der Schüler_innen prägen. In den subjektiven Sinnbildungen der Lernenden werden zum einen koloniale Muster reproduziert, sie aber zum anderen auch massiv infrage gestellt. Diese Vorstellungen dienen als Ausgangspunkt, um dekoloniale Impulse für eine radikaldemokratisch verstandene politische Bildung zu entwickeln. Vor diesem Hintergrund diskutiert Malte Kleinschmidt dekoloniale didaktische Strategien in Bezug auf den erinnerungspolitischen Umgang mit dem historischen Kolonialismus, die koloniale Globalität der Gegenwart, die Verwerfungen des natio-ethno-kulturellen Zugehörigkeitsregimes sowie epistemische Ordnungen der Kolonialität.

Dieser setzt auch auf die Dämonisierung der imaginierten Anderen, die nicht zuletzt der Bewahrung von materiellen und symbolischen Privilegien dient. Weil die Anderen dämonisch und ungezügelt sind, so die vielleicht kürzeste Analyseformel, sind wir befugt, uns vor ihnen und unsere Vorrechte zu schützen.Die Beiträge des Bandes klären diese Verhältnisse rassismuskritisch auf und widersprechen ihnen The recent media, political and everyday treatment of forced migration has made overt racism "socially acceptable" again.     Geld- und Wissenstransfers von Migrant_innen, die die Entwicklung in ihren Herkunftsländern fördern, stehen im Fokus der Debatte um »Migration und Entwicklung«. Vor dem Hintergrund der postkolonialen Beziehungen zwischen Kamerun und Deutschland beleuchtet Laura Stielike die komplexen Zusammenhänge von institutioneller Diskriminierung, migrantischem Diaspora-Engagement und der entwicklungspolitischen Nutzbarmachung von Migration. Dabei wird »Migration und Entwicklung« als ein Netz von Diskursen, Institutionen und Subjektivierungsweisen verstanden und mittels einer Dispositivanalyse untersucht. Die Studie stellt den internationalen Diskurs und die nationalen Politiken im Feld von Migration und Entwicklung nachhaltig in Frage.
