    Es gibt nicht den Jazz, es gibt viele verschiedene Arten von Jazz. Er ist vielfältig und lebendig - wie die Werke von Niklaus Troxler, der seit über 40 Jahren Plakate für das von ihm gegründete Jazz-Festival und seine jährliche Konzertreihe in Willisau in der Schweiz entwirft. Die Vielfalt wird zur Handschrift, denn die Plakate reagieren auf die unterschiedlichen Jazz-Stile und thematisieren die Könnerschaft grosser Jazz-Interpreten. Troxler, einer der renommiertesten Grafikdesigner Europas, interpretiert in seinen aussergewöhnlichen Entwürfen gleichermassen Jazzgeschichte und die Entwicklung der Plakatgestaltung. Er ist vielfältig und lebendig - wie die Werke von Niklaus Troxler, der seit über 40 Jahren Plakate für das von ihm gegründete Jazz-Festival und seine jährliche Konzertreihe in Willisau in der Schweiz entwirft. Die Vielfalt wird zur Handschrift, denn die Plakate reagieren auf die unterschiedlichen Jazz-Stile und thematisieren die Könnerschaft grosser Jazz-Interpreten. Troxler, einer der renommiertesten Grafikdesigner Europas, interpretiert in seinen aussergewöhnlichen Entwürfen gleichermassen Jazzgeschichte und die Entwicklung der Plakatgestaltung.
