    Abstract: Objective: to analyse the ways in which professional nurses to lead with the complexity of the work at the Hospital for Custody and Psychiatric Treatment. Method: Descriptive and qualitative research with 15 professional nurses. Data collection occurred through the semi-structured interview, and thematic analysis content. Results: the main prevention and protection strategy to the health worker's was the interdisciplinarity in the actions. Conclusion: it was evidenced the need for educational measures to define the role of the Hospital for Custody and Psychiatric Treatment in society and in the psychotic offenders lives and the restructuring of work organization in an interdisciplinary way to became in opportunities of creation and realization to the worker, regarding to their physical and mental apparatus

    Abstract: Der Verfasser zeigt gestützt auf Daten der gesetzlichen Krankenkassen, dass die Ausbreitung psychischer Erkrankungen generell und die Zunahme von Depressionen im Besonderen mit der Flexibilisierung von Arbeits- und Beschäftigungsbedingungen zu tun haben. Der Schwerpunkt der psychischen Erkrankungen ist im Dienstleistungssektor zu suchen. Anknüpfend an Ehrenbergs "Theorie des erschöpften Selbst" wird gezeigt, dass die Ausweitung von Depressionserkrankungen im Zusammenhang mit den Veränderungen der Individualität seit den 1970er Jahren zu sehen ist. Dennoch warnt der Verfasser vor einer eindimensionalen gesellschaftstheoretischen Erklärung der Zunahme von Depressionen. Der gesellschaftliche Wandel kann nämlich nicht erklären, bei wem schwierige Arbeitsbedingungen nur zu Stress-Symptomen und bei wem sie zum Ausbruch einer Depressionserkrankung führen. (ICE2)

    Abstract: The recognition of excessive forms of media entertainment use (such as uncontrolled video gaming or the use of social networking sites) as a disorder is a topic widely discussed among scientists and therapists, but also among politicians, journalists, users, and the industry. In 2018, when the World Health Organization (WHO) decided to include the addictive use of digital games (gaming disorder) as a diagnosis in the International Classification of Diseases, the debate reached a new peak. In the current article, we aim to provide insights into the public debate on gaming disorder by examining data from Twitter for 11 months prior to and 8 months after the WHO decision, analyzing the (change in) topics, actors, and sentiment over time. Automated content analysis revealed that the debate is organic and not driven by spam accounts or other overly active ‘power users.’ The WHO announcement had a major impact on the debate, moving it away from the topics of parenting and child welfare
