    ger: Diese Studie, basierend auf der Annahme der Postmigration, wurde durchgeführt, um die Erfahrungen und Sichtweisen von Integrationskursteilnehmern in Belgien und Deutschland zu beschreiben. Acht narrative Interviews wurden geführt. Diese Untersuchung fokussiert Fragen nach der Alltäglichen Lebensführung, der Bildung, der persönlichen und beruflichen Ziele und der Integration. Während der Analyse wurden die ideologischen Hintergründe des deutschen und flämischen Integrationskurses deutlich.

    Die Studie brachte folgende Ergebnisse:
    Unterschiede zwischen den Konzepten, Methoden und Zielen des deutschen und flämischen Integrationskurses; berufliche Chance und Bildungschancen in Abhängigkeit von der Anerkennung ausländischer Qualifikationen; Unterschiede zwischen dem Migrationsdiskurs und der empirischen Lebenswelt von Migrant_innen.

    Die Ergebnisse dieser Studie verweisen auf die Notwendigkeit einer neuen, postmigrantischen Bildung. eng: This study, based on the notion of postmigration, was performed to describe the experiences and views of integration course participants in Belgium and Germany. Eight narrative interviews were conducted. This study addresses issues of everyday life, education, personal and job-related aims and integration. Throughout the analysis, the ideological backgrounds of the German and Flemish integration courses became clear.

    This study has yielded the following results:
    Differences between the German and Flemish integration course concepts, methods and aims; educational and occupational chances depending on the recognition of foreign qualifications; differences between the migration discourse and the empirical life-world (Lebenswelt) of migrants.

    The results of this study indicate a necessity of a new postmigrant education.

    Die Dissertation stellt 26 Biographien und Migrationsgeschichten von Migranten aus 11 verschiedenen Ländern vor, die zwischen 2011 und 2015 nach Deutschland kamen. Basierend auf einer einjährigen Forschung, die 2015/2016 im Münsterland (NRW) durchgeführt wurde, verfolgt die Arbeit einen Individuums-orientierten Ansatz, um die Mehrdimensionalität von Migration herauszustellen, Migranten aus dem Bild einer passiven Masse herauszulösen, das häufig in der politischen und medialen Welt propagiert wird, und sie als autonome Akteure vorzustellen. Die Biographien werden anhand von narrativen Interviews detailgenau skizziert, um nach den Ursachen von Migrationsentscheidungen zu fragen. So zeigt diese Arbeit, dass neben offensichtlichen Ausreisegründen, wie Krieg, Verfolgung und Diskriminierung, auch komplexe biographische Ereignisse und lebensgeschichtliche Erfahrungen Einfluss auf Migrationsentscheidungen haben.
