    Der vorliegenden Band versammelt eine Auswahl von Beiträgen zu einem Internationalen Workshop, der im Juni 2011 unter dem Titel "Specifics and typology of 'small' literatures in eastern and western Europe by comparison" v. a. die belarussische und ergänzend die ukrainische Literatur explizit und offensiv unter der Perspektive ihrer 'Kleinheit' in den Blick nahm. Methodisch steht die heuristische Verknüpfung des Konzepts der 'Kleinheit' mit dem feldtheoretischen Modell im Zentrum, um am belarussischen Beispiel eine Flexibilisierung dieses Modells zu erproben und Spezifika 'kleiner' Literaturen, insbesondere im Hinblick auf Fragen von Positionierung und Autonomie, adäquater zu beschreiben. Die Beiträge zu diesem Band finden unterschiedliche Zugänge zum feldtheoretischen Modell. Allen gemeinsam ist die Überzeugung, dass das Übersteigen eingeschliffener Binnenperspektiven durch den dezidierten Blick von 'Außen' einen fruchtbaren Reflexionsraum sowohl für die Slavistik als auch für die Literaturtheorie eröffnet. Der theoretische Nutzen des hier erprobten Ansatzes wird derart ebenso sichtbar wie die Tatsache, dass sich der Blick auf die ukrainische und belarussische Literatur lohnt. <dt.>
