    La thèse présente une étude comparative des longs poèmes narratifs composés sur les premières guerres d'Italie (1494-1514) sous les règnes de Charles VIII et de Louis XII par des poètes néo-latins et français : le De Neapolitana Fornoviensique Victoria de Fausto Andrelini et le Voyage de Naples d'André de La Vigne, le Carmen de expugnatione Genuensi de Valerand de La Varanne et le Voyage de Gênes de Jean Marot, la Chilias heroica de régis Ludovici duodecimi in Venetos Victoria d'Antoine Forestier et le Voyage de Venise de Jean Marot. La première partie replace ces œuvres dans leur contexte historique, leurs auteurs dans les milieux curial et humaniste, et précise leurs conditions de diffusion et de réception. La seconde les inscrit dans la production historiographique d'actualité et analyse leur ambition d'immortaliser la geste des contemporains par leur forme et leur style. La troisième confronte les pratiques française et néo-latine du grand genre - épopée, prosimètre -, en étudiant la dispositio, Velocutio et les modèles des œuvres, en particulier dans les scènes de batailles et les relations d'entrées. La quatrième partie enfin traite des dimensions politique, morale et religieuse de ces œuvres, qui révèlent l'engagement des poètes dans les débats idéologiques de leur temps (conscience nationale, image royale), leur projet d'édification du lecteur et l'affirmation de leur dignité d'auteurs. Cette étude est accompagnée d'une édition du De Neapolitana Fornoviensique Victoria (1078 v.) établie à partir de cinq manuscrits et deux imprimés (1503 et 1513), avec sa traduction, et de la transcription et de la traduction du Carmen (1502 v., 1508) et de la Chilias (1000 v., 1510). The thesis presents a comparative study of the long narrative poems composed about the first Italian wars (1494- 1514) under the reigns of Charles VIII and Louis XII by Neolatin and French poets : the De Neapolitana Fornoviensique Victoria by Fausto Andrelini and the Voyage de Naples by André de La Vigne, the Carmen de expugnatione Genuensi by Valerand de La Varanne and the Voyage de Gênes by Jean Marot, the Chilias heroica de régis Ludovici duodecimi in Venetos Victoria by Antoine Forestier and the Voyage de Venise by Jean Marot. The first part puts those works back into their historical context, and their authors among the humanistic Court, while specifying under which conditions they were circulated and received. The second part places them in the topical historiographical production and analyses their ambition to immortalize the deeds of contemporaries by their form and style. The third part confronts the French and Neolatin practices of the grand genre - epic, prosimetrum -, by studying these works' dispositio, elocutio and models, particularly in the battle scenes and the depiction of royal entries. Finally, the fourth part addresses the political, moral and religious dimensions of those works, which reveal the poets' commitment in the ideological debates of their time (national consciousness, representation of the monarch), their purpose to enlighten the reader, and the affirmation of their dignity as authors. This study is completed by an edition of Andrelini's poem based on five manuscripts and two prints (1503 and 1513, 1078 1.), with its translation, and the transcription and the translation of the Carmen (1508) and of the Chilias (1510).

    Cette thèse part de l'hypothèse que l'espace de création littéraire peut constituer le terrain où se développe une pensée qui, tout en n'étant pas structurée en système généralisant et clos, consent pourtant de poser des questions et d'apporter (proposer) des interprétations multiples d'ordre anthropologique et culturel sur l'humain et sur le monde. Ainsi cette thèse propose une interprétation de l'œuvre de Nancy Huston, romancière de l'extrême contemporain, en la situant par rapport aux courants de pensée féministe sur la différence sexuelle et aux questions éthiques et politiques contemporaines concernant l'éclatement des frontières identitaires et culturelles. Mon travail s'appuie sur des sources de réflexions critiques hétérogènes : d'une part celle de la déconstruction poststructuraliste, qui a posé les bases pour la remise en question d'un schéma de pensée binaire, universaliste, et, d'autre part, des courants de pensée, qui, s'inspirant de la pensée de Hannah Arendt, insistent sur la valorisation de la singularité, au- delà de l'éclatement du Sujet, pour bâtir une communauté plurielle d'êtres différents. Loin de parvenir à une synthèse entre ces deux positions, le travail de Huston apparaît comme un exemple d'articulation de ces questionnements, dans lequel se redéfinissent et la question de la différence sexuelle et celle d'une poétique de la relation, à travers une pratique de pensée à l'œuvre dans le texte littéraire This thesis hypothesizes that literary creation, being the ground of a no-structured and undeveloped thought, without any aim to become a generalizing and closed system, allows to put questions and to give several anthropological and cultural interpretations about the human being and the world. Therefore this thesis proposes an analysis of Nancy Huston's work, novelist of the extreme contemporary, connecting a current feminist perspective on sexual difference with ethical issues and contemporary politics; both referring to the displacement of identity and cultural borders. My work is based on heterogeneous critical sources and reflections: on the one hand the deconstruction post-structuralist notion which lays down the ground for discussions about binary and universalist thought whereas on the other hand stay feminist thinkers inspired by Hanna Arendt' thought which stresses the value of singularity belonging to a plural community of different beings. Far from reaching a synthesis between these positions Huston's work appears as an example of articulation of these issues in which both the questioning of sexual difference and poetic relationship are redefined through a practice of thought at work in the literary text

    Comme son titre l'indique, ce travail porte sur l'ironie et l'absurde dans le récit bref de Augusto Monterroso, Juan José Arreola et Julio Cortázar. Le corpus sur lequel nous nous sommes basés se compose de « La Oveja negra y demás fábulas » de Monterroso, « Bestiario » de Arreola (précisément les deux parties intitulées "Prosodia" et "Cantos de mal dolor") et « Historias de cronopios y de famas » de Cortázar. Cette étude contient trois parties : la première porte sur les formes brèves (comme la greguería et le poème en prose) et le récit bref hispano-américain (les précurseurs et les caractéristiques). La deuxième commence par la définition de l'ironie, suivie d'une analyse de ce concept dans le récit bref de chacun des trois auteurs cités plus haut. Quant à la troisième, elle commence par une présentation générale de l'absurde et de ses différentes tendances (comme le nonsense) ; vient ensuite l'analyse de l'absurde dans les œuvres citées précédemment

    Mère manquante ou mère absente ? Qui est la mère ? Où est-elle ? Qui la nomme et qu'est-ce qui la désigne? Qui est-elle qui prépare ainsi l'enfant à la vie dans ce don inouï qu'est l'acceptation de l'inévitable séparation? Mère qui doit se préparer à n'être plus convoquée qu'au passé, au doux temps de l'enfance; mère qu'appelle le soldat au moment de mourir sur la terre de ce combat livré pour une patrie qui pour être mieux défendue se qualifie elle-même de « mère ». La mère sans aucun doute est une femme qui pleure. Est-elle encore humaine ou à mi-chemin entre la femme et la divinité ? C'est la mère de l'Annonciation. L'Annonciation annonce la naissance du Christ en même temps qu'elle préfigure le drame de Passion et de sa mort. Pascal Quignard tout au long de son oeuvre, nous a habitués à lier l'objet d'amour maternel, son manque cruel et les abysses dans la dépression, de l'anorexie et du silence. La mère absente ne permet pas la séparation salutaire ; il ne peut y avoir de séparation là où il n'y a pas eu rencontre. Chez tout adulte en souffrance de mère, on n'entend plus que le ressassement incessant des reproches, des révoltes et douleurs dans un long procès dont on ne sait plus bien qui, de la victime ou du coupable attend de l'autre le pardon Missing mother or absent mother?     La poésie contemporaine est un secteur marginal du livre, et sa confidentialité tient du lieu commun. Crise alors ? Ce secteur parmi les plus prestigieux se montre pourtant très actif : le nombre de livres publiés, d'acteurs ou d'institutions croît tendanciellement. La poésie s'appuie sur la densité des relations entre les acteurs pour faire circuler les œuvres, constituant un monde de l'art ; un processus d'institutionnalisation vient soutenir l'ensemble des acteurs. L'identification des conventions à l'œuvre dans la poésie contemporaine n'est pas chose facile, devant la diversité des écritures. Si la poésie est un monde, sa qualification comme genre ne laisse pas de faire problème, maintenant qu'elle ne se limite plus, loin s'en faut, au vers. La diversité conduit à la discussion, la souplesse de formes sociales qu'on pourrait appeler des archipels. La production comme la diffusion des œuvres s'appuie sur ces structures relationnelles. On assiste à l'émergence d'une économie non littéraire en poésie, avec la multiplication des lectures et des performances qui font un nouveau marché et une source de revenus essentielles pour les poètes, puisque la poésie n'apporte que très rarement de quoi vivre de son activité créatrice. Les trajectoires, la singularité des poètes s'inscrivent dans ce cadre collectif, de la découverte de la poésie à la consécration. Les poètes ont occupé le nouvel espace ouvert par Internet tant pour la diffusion que pour la création. Le cas de la poèsie fait mieux saisir comment peuvent vivre, et même relativement bien vivre, des secteurs culturels dont l'espérance de succès commercial ne correspond pas à leur légitimité culturelle Contemporary poetry is a marginal sector of the book market, and its confidentiality is commonplace. This sector of activity, being amongst the most prestigious, shows itself to be very active : the number of books published , actors or institutions, is growing. Poetry relies upon the density of the relationships between actors in order to make the works known, building a "world of art" ; a process of institutionalization supports all the actors. Identifying the conventions at work in contemporary poetry is not easy, due to the diversity of the creations recognized as poetry. This diversity drives poetry towards social forms that we could name archipelagos, as well as towards discussion and cooperation between the actors. The production as well as the distribution of works rests upon these structures. We see the emergence of a non-literary economy in poetry through the development of lectures and performances, creating a new market and an important source of income for poets, as very few make a living from their writing. The poets' trajectories, their singularity, come within the scope of the collective frame, from the discovery of poetry to its consecration. Poets have occupied the new space opened up by the Internet to distribute poetry and to create new kinds of works. The example of poetry illustrates how cultural sectors can do quite well, even if commercial success does not fit in with their cultural legitimacy

    Ce travail d'histoire comparée de la littérature et de la sociologie s'interroge sur l'émergence de la notion de type dans les pratiques de description du monde social au cours des années 1820-1860. À partir de l'analyse des opérations de schématisation engagées par Honoré Balzac dans La Comédie humaine et par Frédéric Le Play dans Les Ouvriers européens, soit deux œuvres que tout semble éloigner du point de vue de leurs ambitions, de leur forme et de la trajectoire de leur auteur, mais qui toutes deux placent cependant la typification au centre de leur dispositif, il s'est agi de produire une histoire de l'imagination typologique, et des ontologies, sociales ou non, qui lui furent associées. Aussi le corpus intègre-t-il des textes d'histoire naturelle, de sciences médicales, d'histoire, de chimie, de géologie, de métallurgie, et, bien évidemment, les genres du roman sentimental, du roman historique et de la littérature panoramique, ainsi que les enquêtes ouvrières et la statistique This work offers a compared history of literature and sociology in France between 1820 and 1860. During that period, the notion of type appears in the literary and sociological descriptions of social reality, and becomes more and more central in the apprehension of the differenciations among classes, communities or groups. Based on the analysis of Honoré Balzac's La Comédie humaine and Frédéric Le Play's Les Ouvriers européens, this study shows that these two series of novels and of workers' monographies put typification at the center of their descriptive ambition. More broadly, it proposes a history of the uses of a typological imagination and of the ontologies, above all social, that were underlying them. That is why the texts also taken into account in this study range from natural history, medical sciences, history, chemistry geology and metallurgy, to the sentimental novel, the historical novel and the panoramic literature, as well as social inquiries and statistics

    Dshamilja ist eine Liebesgeschichte in der Zeit des Zweiten Weltkriegs in einem kleinen Aul (Dorfsiedlung) im Nordosten Kirgisiens. Der 15-jährige Said erzählt die Geschichte seiner jungen, verheirateten Schwägerin Dshamilja und des früheren Soldaten Danijar. Während der ungeliebte Ehemann Sadyk in der Sowjetarmee dient, lernt die selbstbewusste, lebensfrohe Dshamilja den scheuen, träumerischen Frontheimkehrer Danijar kennen und lieben. Der junge Said erzählt mit den Augen eines Kindes, das noch nichts von der Liebe weiß, das aber zu verstehen beginnt, was die beiden verbindet. Aus Liebe zu Danijar sagt Dshamilja sich von ihrem Heimatort und den alten Traditionen los und zieht mit ihm in die Ferne. Said versteht als Einziger das verfemte Paar. Dessen Liebe ist für ihn ein Gefühl, das er nur durch Zeichnen ausdrücken kann. Said fertigt am Tag des Abschieds ein Bild an, das ihn an die beiden und Danijars faszinierende Stimme erinnert. Auch er verlässt das Dorf, um die Kunstschule zu besuchen und findet seine Berufung in der Malerei. Eine Produktion des Theaters am Rand
